Ho-Ho-Kus’ Worth-Pinkham Memorial Library seeks a part-time bookkeeper to work 8-10 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, but work must be completed on-site. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accounts payable and receivable, creating monthly financial reports, reconciling bank statements, preparing deposits, entering bills, cutting checks, and assisting the Library Director and Board of Trustees on the annual budget and capital plan. QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel experience required. Some library or municipal experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. The successful candidate will be comfortable working as part of a small staff and will possess excellent time-management and organizational skills.
