Ho-Ho-Kus’ Worth-Pinkham Memorial Library seeks a part-time bookkeeper to work 6-8 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, but all work must be completed on-site. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: accounts payable and receivable, making deposits, creating monthly financial reports, reconciling bank statements, maintaining vendor information, preparing payroll, and assisting the Library Director and Board of Trustees with the annual operating budget and capital plan. QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel experience is required. Some library, municipal, or nonprofit experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. The successful candidate will be comfortable working as part of a small team and will possess a sense of humor and excellent time-management and organizational skills.
